Sumo Platter:
          Nigiri Sushi:4pcs tuna, 4pcs yellowtail,
          4pcs salmon, 4pcs walu, 4pcs unagi, plus
          1 California roll, 1 Dragon Roll,
          1 Vegetarian roll, 44 pieces total…$55.00

Sartori Platter:
          Nigiri Sushi:6pcs tuna, 6 pcs Yellowtail, 6pcs Salmon,
          6 pcs Walu, 6 pcs Albacore, 6 pcs Shrimp, 6pcs Unagi, plus
          2 California rolls, 2 Dragon rolls, 2 Vulcan rolls.

Sushi platters all come with Wasabi and pickled ginger.  Napkins, chopsticks and soy sauce available on request.

We recommend 24 hours notice, lacquer trays available with deposit.

These platters are all a pre-determined selection and  occasionally will vary
due to availability.  Custom platters can be arranged directly with the chef,
and can vary in size and cost.
